Meet Jennifer

A true lover of textiles, pottery and things done by hand, Jennifer Galliott is a multi-disciplinary artist and Founder of Galliott Studios.

In 2008, upon returning to Woody Point from her worldwide travels, Jennifer was determined to breathe new life into her grandfather’s fishing shed, which had long been forgotten on the wharf. With passion and determination, she transformed the humble space into the vibrant and welcoming Galliott Studios.

Nestled on the water's edge, the studio now serves as a sanctuary for artists and art enthusiasts alike, fostering a sense of community and providing a space for creativity to flourish.

Jennifer's deep appreciation for textiles, pottery, and all things handmade stems from her childhood spent surrounded by the rich cultural heritage of her community.
